Our founder, Marina Lawrence, understands the challenges of finding a reliable and consistent cleaning company all too well. After a career in the corporate world, she craved weekends for relaxation, not house cleaning. Unfortunately, she faced disappointment with unprofessional companies that didn’t show up, lacked proper insurance, and were difficult to contact.
Driven by the need for better cleaning services, Marina founded Life Maid Easy with a clear vision—to provide dependable, consistent, high-quality cleaning for residential and commercial spaces. Our success is built upon excellent team morale, consistent training, exceptional reliability, effective communication, and holding ourselves to the highest standards.
At Life Maid Easy, we prioritize community and family values. Marina resides in Emmaus, PA, with her husband, Tom, who recently joined the Life Maid Easy team, their dog Pushka, and their cat Garfield. Marina and Tom joyfully welcomed their first baby, Lana, this year and love spending time together as a family. In their free time, they enjoy tackling DIY projects and experimenting with new recipes on the grill. Tom is also an avid runner.
