    We start by understanding your home, your needs, and your schedule. From there, we create a cleaning plan that fits your life—whether that’s a one-time deep clean or ongoing service to keep everything consistent and easy.

  • Why do you focus so much on “consistency”?

    Because most stress at home doesn’t come from a dirty house—it comes from it never feeling fully under control.

  • What cleaning services do you offer?

    Life Maid Easy provides professional residential cleaning services designed to help you reclaim your time and enjoy a home that feels clean, calm, and easy to live in. 


    We proudly serve the Greater Lehigh Valley and Philadelphia, PA areas from our two local locations, offering flexible cleaning options including recurring house cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning. Getting started is simple—after a friendly conversation about your home and needs, we create a customized cleaning plan and assign trained, detail-focused professionals to your service to ensure consistent, reliable results every visit.

  • What is not included in Life Maid Easy’s services?

    At Life Maid Easy, we believe in doing what we do best—providing high-quality, reliable home cleaning with consistency and care. We don’t claim to do everything, because that often leads to diluted quality and disappointing results for customers. For example, if a company advertises services like carpet cleaning but doesn’t arrive with professional-grade equipment like a truck-mounted system, you’re often not getting the result you paid for. Our focus is residential home cleaning done right. We currently do not offer carpet cleaning, lawn or outdoor cleaning, high-reach window cleaning, wall cleaning or painting services, dry-cleaning services, or any biohazard cleanup (including pet waste or blood cleanup). For those specialized services, we always recommend working with dedicated professionals in those fields to ensure the safest and most effective results.

  • What cleaning supplies do you use, and do I need to provide anything?

    Life Maid Easy uses professional, eco-friendly cleaning supplies for most of our standard home cleaning services, helping keep your home fresh, safe, and comfortable for your family. For tougher areas or buildup, our team also carries stronger, targeted cleaning solutions when needed to ensure the best possible results. We bring all necessary supplies and equipment with one exception—we do not bring or share toilet brushes as part of our cross-contamination safety practices, ensuring the highest level of hygiene between homes. You don’t need to provide anything for your service, but if you leave out trash bags, we are happy to take out your trash and re-line your bins as part of your cleaning.

  • Do you clean homes with pets and children?

    Yes—we absolutely do. Life Maid Easy is designed for real life, including busy households with kids, pets, and everything that comes with them. We understand that these homes often need a little extra attention, so our team is trained to clean carefully and consistently around everyday family living. 


    We use safe, eco-friendly cleaning products in most situations, and we’re mindful of spaces where children and pets spend the most time. Before your service, we’ll also ask if you have any special notes or instructions regarding your pets so we can make sure we provide a safe, comfortable experience for everyone in your home. Our goal is to help you maintain a clean, peaceful home environment without disrupting your family’s routine—so you can enjoy more time with the people (and pets) you love, and less time worrying about the mess.


  • Are my belongings safe with your employees?


    Your safety and security is at the top of our priorities. 


    We conduct criminal background checks on every prospective employee. We also verify job history and conduct employment verifications. We are proud of our outstanding record of quality hiring and low employee turnover rates. This makes our service one that you can trust. 



Prices & Policies

  • Appointment Pricing


    The price depends on the size and condition of your property. Please submit a booking request online or give us a call at (215) 654-3110. We take as much information as possible prior to sending a personalized quote to get the most accurate quote possible. 


    We usually get enough information to not have to adjust the price, however, if your home needs more attention than described, we will let you know once your cleaning technician is on site and any price or scope adjustments can be made with the office. 


    Factors that attribute to your property needing extra attention include:

    • Post-construction debris
    • A need for heavy-duty washing that was excluded from the scope of work
    • Booking a recurring cleaning if your home has not been professionally cleaned in the past 4 weeks.

  • How do I get a quote for my cleaning?


    Please give us a call or submit our booking form online (click "Get a Quote" on the top right of the page). Provide as much information as possible for the most accurate quote.

We will get back to you within 24 business hours (not including holidays).


  • Payment


    We use a secure payment system and initial payment for the first appointment is due upfront. We accept Credit and Debit cards, Venmo (@life-maid-easy), and PayPal. 


    Your credit card on file will be automatically charged for the service. Any tips may be left by card, cash or by asking for the technician's Venmo.


  • Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy


    We understand things come up, and we are here to work with you! We email you an appointment reminder seven days ahead of time in case you need to reschedule.


    To avoid late or cancellation fees, please let us know as early as possible by emailing info@lifemaideasy.net or calling 215-654-3110 and speaking to a representative. You may also reschedule via your Client Portal.


    Life Maid Easy charges a 5% late fee. Cancellations are NOT accepted via any communication methods other than those listed above. 


    Cancellation Fees:

    • Please provide at least (3) three business days' notice to avoid any last-minute fees.
    • Rescheduling within three business days will incur a $100 fee.
    • Rescheduling within (8) eight business hours will result in a full appointment charge.

  • Refund Policy


    Cleaning is a personalized and subjective service therefore we cannot offer refunds to customers.  By accepting services from Life Maid Easy, you agree to the no refund policy and you understand that Life Maid Easy does not offer refunds but is willing to work with you to fix issues. We want to make sure you are satisfied.


    Report and oversights within 24 hours of your appointment and we will come out to fix any issues within 7 days. The issue will be considered closed if you do not schedule a follow-up appointment within 7 days of your appointment date. No refunds and no chargebacks will be made. 


    This information is noted in our Client Success Agreement which we send prior to your appointment. 


  • Customer Satisfaction


    Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely. Our Philadelphia maids are highly trained to perform to high standards of cleanliness in a systemized top to bottom, left to right approach. If you are not satisfied with the job, please let us know within 24 hours by emailing us dated photos at info@lifemaideasy.net along with the description of what was missed. Please note that we do not offer refunds but we do work with our customers to make sure everything in scope has been completed.


    By agreeing to receive our services, you agree to the Client Success and Unfair Solicitation Agreement (Adobe document in your email).


  • Do I have to sign a contract?


    No! You can cancel any time you wish. You only need to sign our non-compete and Client Success Agreement when you opt-in to receive a cleaning from us. 


  • Tipping Employees


    Tips are not expected but they are greatly appreciated for work well done! There's no better way to put a smile on our technicians' faces than a positive review!



Deep Cleaning

  • What is included in a Deep Cleaning?

  • What if I notice something is missed in my Deep Cleaning?


    We ensure the highest satisfaction possible and we hire technicians who take their job seriously. 


    Once in a while, mistakes happen. If you are not fully satisfied with your Deep Cleaning or Turnover Cleaning, please contact the office and send photos of the area within 24 hours.


    If the items are in our scope of work, we will send a technician back out to ensure that the items are re-done promptly! 


  • What is the difference between the Value and Deluxe Deep Cleaning?


    Both are great options, however, the Deluxe Deep Cleaning involves more hand-washing and hand wiping surfaces, such as baseboards, window-ledges, and it involves double-scrubbing of sinks, tubs and toilets. 


    The Deluxe Deep Cleaning also includes a top-to-bottom washing of cabinets and doors and door-frames. 


    The Value Deep Cleaning spot cleans cabinets and doors and door frames. 


    If areas in your home need additional attention, we recommend opting in for a Deluxe Deep Cleaning instead!


  • Should I book a Deep Cleaning every year?


    Many of our clients like to book the Deep Cleaning at least once per year to ensure the most thorough cleanliness of their homes for the hard-to-reach places that are not a part of their normal recurring cleaning service. 


    It’s a great way to kick off or finish your yearly Spring Clean.



Recurring House Cleaning

  • What is a Recurring House Cleaning?


    We recommend starting with the Recurring House Cleaning only if you had a satisfactory professional cleaning in the past 4 weeks. Otherwise, we recommend that you start with the Deep or Value Deep Cleaning first for maximum results. 


    The Recurring House Cleaning is a service that maintains the cleanliness of your home. We offer this cleaning as a recurring service on a weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis. 


    If you receive a deep cleaning, the recurring house clean will be the perfect option to keep your home feeling like it received a deep cleaning each time.


  • What is the price of the Recurring House Cleaning?


    The price depends on the size and condition of your home. We take as much information as possible prior to sending the quote.

  • What is included in my Recurring House Cleaning?


    The Recurring House Cleaning is a lighter version of the deep clean.

  • How long will my cleaning take?


    For Recurring House Cleanings, we usually send 1-2 cleaning technicians. We find that this gives the home the best cleaning quality. The amount of time can vary depending on the size of your home. All of our technicians are highly trained and use a proprietary cleaning method to cover all areas from top-to-bottom. 


  • Will I have the same cleaning technician each time?


    Your satisfaction is important to us. We assign the same cleaning technician for your Recurring House Cleanings, however, if they are on vacation or take a sick day, we make sure to have you covered!


    Each technician will know what to do as we take detailed notes during your booking process so we have all of the information that we need on your work order. If you have additional information that you would like included, please give us a call or email us at info@lifemaideasy.net and we will make sure it is covered!


  • What if I need to reschedule my cleaning day?


    Please reach out to our office by emailing us at info@lifemaideasy.net or calling us at (215)654-3110 and we will reschedule your cleaning date. 


    Give us at least a 3 business days notice of your change of plans and we will ensure that we promptly cancel or reschedule your service. 


    Changes that take place less than 3 business days will be charged a cancellation fee. Our business hours are listed in the footer of this page.
