At Life Maid Easy, we’re creating free time for busy people. When you hire us for your house cleaning or maid services, you can expect the complete, most thorough professional housekeeping services available! Please find the checklist of services included and their respective quotes for your home below.
Living Room/Dining Area/Bedrooms
- Ceiling fans and light fixtures dusted (must be reachable with extensions)
- Cobwebs removed
- Window sills (interior) & lock ledges (near the sash window lock) dusted
- Pictures, knick-knacks dusted
- Mirrors cleaned
- Furniture dusted
- Couches vacuumed
- Moldings and woodwork dusted
- Frequently touched surfaces sanitized
- Floors vacuumed and/or mopped
- Trash removed
Stairs, Halls and Foyer (if applicable)
- Pictures and mirrors dusted
- High-touch surfaces disinfected/ sanitized
- Window sills, ledges and baseboards
- Lamps and lampshades dusted
- Baseboards cleaned
- Floors swept/vacuumed and/or mopped
- Trash removed

ExtensionsList Item 2
Items to be washed must be reachable with a 2-step ladder, otherwise a dusting extension will be used. We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted with an extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.

Tidying UpList Item 1
Please note that our cleaning service does not include tidying up and making beds unless it has been added to your work order. If you would like to add on this service, please email us for a quote. We send all clients a document to sign which details how to prepare your home for a cleaning.

Extensive CleaningList Item 3
Please note that virtual quotes are approximate. If your home requires additional cleaning, our cleaning technicians will let us know and we will contact you to determine any additional cost.

Furniture Moving
We clean items in place to reduce risk of breakage. We do not move furniture, however if you want underneath the furniture cleaned, you may leave it moved prior to the appointment so our cleaning technicians can clean under it. We try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster.

Windows
We clean both sides of double-hung windows (windows that easily open indoors). If we cannot open a window or if it is blocked by a screen protector, we cannot clean the outside. We clean the windows in place and do not remove any screen protectors from the window. For extensive window cleaning or for hard to reach windows, we recommend that clients book a window cleaning company. Windows must be accessible prior to the technician arriving.

Blinds
Blinds are dusted and/or vacuumed in place. We do not wash or remove blinds. For deep cleaning of blinds, a blind cleaning company that has an electrostatic blind-cleaner or similar would be the best option.

Trash
Trash cans are to be made available and accessible on site. Our cleaning technicians remove trash from your home and re-line the trash bins. Our technicians are not able to take trash off site with them.

Cleaning Products
All cleaning supplies will be provided by Life Maid Easy unless the client notes otherwise. Clients must provide their own toilet brushes in each toilet (to prevent cross-contamination), trash bags, and 1 roll of paper towels (to also prevent cross-contamination).

Customer Satisfaction
Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely. Our cleaning technicians are highly trained to perform to high standards of cleanliness in a systemized top to bottom, left to right approach. If you are not satisfied with the job, please let us know within 24 hours by emailing us dated photos at info@lifemaideasy.net along with the description of what was missed. Please note that we do not offer refunds but we do work with our customers to make sure everything in scope has been completed.

Payment
- We use a secure payment system. Your credit card on file will be automatically charged for the service.
- Initial payment for the first appointment is due upfront.
- Life Maid Easy charges a 5% late fee.
- By agreeing to receive our services, you agree to the Client Success and Unfair Solicitation Agreement (Adobe document in your email).
- Life Maid Easy does not offer refunds, but we are willing to work with you if any issues come up.

COVID-19 Precautions
*FOR YOUR SAFETY* Due to COVID-19, we are taking sanitizing and social distancing very seriously for your and our cleaners health. Our cleaners wear gloves, wash/ sanitize hands frequently and disinfect equipment between homes. No one who is sick is allowed to come to work. We ask that all customers let us know if they are sick so we can reschedule.
Please keep a social distance of 6 feet or more when the cleaning tech is at your home.
**We are not servicing customers that are sick until they get better. Our technicians are not allowed to come to work if they are sick.**
**Please let us know 48 hours if you do get sick. Cancellations within 48 hours are still subject to a $60 cancellation fee as your cleaning technicians rely on the pay and we cannot re-book their work last minute. **
