If the property needs additional cleaning attention, we will suggest our Top to Bottom Deluxe Deep Cleaning service. This will bring the property up to our standards of cleanliness and help us maintain it at being fresh and clean each time. Our Deep Cleaning services pay extra attention to each surface that otherwise may be wiped clean during the maintenance cleaning service. We recommend this service to clients that have built-up dirt and grime accumulated in bathrooms and kitchens, baseboards, ceiling fans, dust build-up etc.
Items to be washed must be reachable with a 2-step ladder, otherwise a 6-foot dusting extension will be used.
We clean items in place to reduce risk of breakage. We do not move furniture, however if you want underneath the furniture cleaned, you may leave it moved prior to the appointment so our cleaning technicians can clean under it.
We highly recommend a professional laundry service for properties. Our main focus is turning the unit over and keeping it clean for the next guest. For agreed upon laundry services, we limit it to 1 wash and dry per unit per time. Depending on the size of the unit, the folding of sheets is not guaranteed.
Items that each guest requires (bedding, toiletries, paper products, coffee/tea etc), need to be restocked at the unit prior to Life Maid Easy’s arrival. Life Maid Easy does not restock or notify property managers of supplies needed (we find that communication about supplies ends up us having to spend additional time away from cleaning.)
Life Maid Easy would need a list of items and preferred item locations prior to the first cleaning appointment.
Life Maid Easy would also need to know any specific ways of displaying items prior to the first cleaning (towels, soap, pillows, coffee etc). Photos and a description is usually a great way to communicate with our cleaning techs as we can add photos to our work orders.
Trash cans are to be made available on site. Cleaning technicians do not take trash with them to prevent cross-contamination. We are happy to add on trash can removal services on trash day as part of the service (the property manager would need to provide all of the details). If the cleaning technician is cleaning on trash day, they will be asked to move the trash cans outside on that day only.
We ask that property managers give us the entire schedule for the month (or more). Any changes to the schedule would need to be communicated a week in advance. We take appointments within 24- 48 hours notice when possible.
Cancellations are subject to a fee (see our FAQ page). Our goal is to maintain a successful relationship with our property managers by being reliable and providing a quality Airbnb cleaning service. Our Allentown and Philadelphia-based cleaning service strives to ensure the best possible experience for your guests. Scheduling terms are subject to change and will be communicated.

Please note that we do not accommodate late check-ins/check-outs on the day of the Airbnb cleaning in Philadelphia and beyond. Hosts with strict check-out and check-in policies have let us know that this policy does not affect the quality of the stay and ratings.
