Items to be washed must be reachable with a 2-step ladder, otherwise a dusting extension will be used. We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted with an extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.

We clean both sides of double-hung windows (windows that easily open indoors). If we cannot open a window or if it is blocked by a screen protector, we cannot clean the outside. We clean the windows in place and do not remove any screen protectors from the window. For extensive window cleaning or for hard to reach windows, we recommend that clients book a window cleaning company. Windows must be accessible prior to the technician arriving.

Blinds are dusted and/or vacuumed in place. We do not wash or remove blinds. For deep cleaning of blinds, a blind cleaning company that has an electrostatic blind-cleaner or similar would be the best option.

A light tidy-up is included with your cleaning services. We fold the blankets on the couches and neatly place pillows. Additionally, we organize your soap and shampoo bottles, and fold the hung towels.

It's important to note that our cleaning service does not encompass tidying up clothes, toys, or other messes. Making beds, changing bed sheets, and organizing shoes are not part of the light tidy-up unless specifically added to your work order. Please be aware that, unless specified otherwise, our quotes are based on the assumption that the client has tidied up the home prior to our services taking place. We provide all clients with a document detailing how to prepare your home for cleaning, which requires a signature.

We clean items in place to reduce risk of breakage. We do not move furniture, however if you want underneath the furniture cleaned, you may leave it moved prior to the appointment so our cleaning technicians can clean under it. We try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster.

Trash cans are to be made available and accessible on site. Our services include removing trash from your home and re-lining the trash bins. Our technicians are not able to take trash off site with them.

Most cleaning supplies will be provided by Life Maid Easy unless the client notes otherwise. 

Clients must provide their own toilet brushes in each toilet , trash bags, and 1 roll of paper towels. 

Life Maid Easy team does not carry toilet brushes due to hygeine and cross contamination concerns.

Please note that virtual quotes are approximate. If your home requires additional cleaning, our maids will let us know and we will contact you to determine any additional cost.

We suggest that every client, regardless of their prior cleaning service, begins with one of our Deep Cleaning options (Top to Bottom Deluxe Deep Cleaning or Top to Bottom Value Deep Cleaning). Clients with well-maintained homes may also consider our Standard Cleaning option, especially suitable for homes that have been consistently cared for and do not require extensive surface washing or special attention to dirt and grime build-up.

Repeatedly, we have observed that our customers achieve the highest satisfaction when they initiate our program with a Deep Cleaning option, allowing us to establish a superior level of cleanliness. This level is then efficiently maintained through our Recurring Cleaning options. 

Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely. Our Philadelphia maids are highly trained to perform to high standards of cleanliness in a systemized top to bottom, left to right approach. If you are not satisfied with the job, please let us know within 24 hours by emailing us dated photos at info@lifemaideasy.net along with the description of what was missed. Please note that we do not offer refunds but we do work with our customers to make sure everything in scope has been completed.

We use a secure payment system. Your credit card on file will be automatically charged for the service.

• Life Maid Easy charges a 5% late fee per each week that payment is late.
• By agreeing to receive our services, you agree to the Client Success and Unfair Solicitation Agreement.
