We start our clients off with the Top to Bottom Deluxe Deep Cleaning and Sanitation in order to get the most dirt out of your home possible. This cleaning starts each room with ceiling fans/ light fixtures and we work our way down to floors and baseboards. This cleaning has a detailed emphasis on build-up and grime and takes extra time as opposed to a maintenance cleaning service. 

1. Ceiling fan blades within 2-step ladder reach* (hand washed or wiped)
2. Light fixtures within 2-step ladder reach* (hand washed in place/not removed)
3. Cobwebs removed
4. Blinds & shutters (vacuumed, not washed)
5. Moldings & woodwork, window sills, & lock ledges (wiped)
6. Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)
7. Pictures & knick-knacks (hand wiped)
8. Uncluttered shelves (hand wiped)
9. Furniture (polished, fronts, sides, legs)
10. Top of refrigerator (hand washed or wiped)
11. Outside of appliances cleaned / inside microwave
12. Stovetop, grates or drip pans scrubbed
13. Cabinet fronts (hand washed or wiped)
14. All Doors and door frames (wiped)
